Human Resource Management (HRM)

The Human Resource Management Department is headed by a Director and is structured into five divisions namely:

  1. Human Resources Planning Division
  2. Staff Welfare and Industrial Relations Division
  3. Career Management Division
  4. Training and Executive Development Division
  5. Medical Services Division

Functions Of The HRM Department

The functions of the Department include:

  1. Appointment, Promotion and Discipline of Staff;
  2. Posting and Transfer;
  3. Manpower/Succession planning;
  4. Performance Management;
  5. Administration of Establishment matters;
  6. Industrial relations and labour matters;
  7. Pension and Post-Service;
  8. Salary administration;
  9. Maintenance of IT-based personnel records; and
  10. Staff Training.
