The Human Resource Management Department is headed by a Director and is structured into five divisions namely:

Functions Of The HRM Department
The functions of the Department include:
- Appointment, Promotion and Discipline of Staff;
- Posting and Transfer;
- Manpower/Succession planning;
- Performance Management;
- Administration of Establishment matters;
- Industrial relations and labour matters;
- Pension and Post-Service;
- Salary administration;
- Maintenance of IT-based personnel records; and
- Staff Training.
